About the PositionWe are looking for an experienced and technically interested saw operator for our client in Köping. Do you have experience in wood processing or similar tasks and are looking for a physically demanding and varied job? Then this might be the right opportunity for you!

You will work as a saw operator in a dynamic production environment. The work involves independently operating a CNC-controlled saw, processing and inspecting planks according to drawings. The role is physically demanding and requires both technical knowledge and practical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities• Setting up and operating CNC-controlled saws according to drawings and specifications.

• Physically handling and processing wood products, such as lifting, turning, and positioning planks.

• Performing daily inspections and basic maintenance on the machine, including cleaning and lubrication.

• Contributing to maintaining order and safety in the work area.

• Ensuring quality and following the workplace's production standards.

About YouWe are looking for someone who is independent and meticulous, with a practical approach and a genuine interest in technology. You enjoy physical work and have a natural ability to take responsibility and ensure that the work is carried out safely and efficiently. Previous experience in wood processing, such as planer operator or similar work, is a big plus!

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of mathematics and technical problem-solving.

• Ability to read and work from drawings.

• Basic computer skills to operate machinery.

• B driver's license and access to a car.

Preferred Qualifications

• Crane operator certificate.

• Counterbalance forklift certificate.

• Experience in driving a front loader.
